A strong signal for Germany as a business location and for the Genthin region: Saxony-Anhalt\u2019s Minister President, Dr. Reiner Haseloff, visited our production site at the Genthin Chemical Park in early September\u2014and was impressed by the developments there.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n The meeting focused on the dialogue between politics and business: What opportunities does Genthin offer as a business location? How can modern production, sustainable growth, and regional development be combined? Our Managing Director, Dr. Thomas Schnell, discussed these questions with Minister President Haseloff and numerous representatives from state and local government. <\/p>\n\n Since 2022, we have been manufacturing cleaning and hygiene solutions at our production facility, German Hygiene Liquids (GHL), in Genthin, which spans 30,000 square meters. Now comes the next milestone: By early 2026, all production will be fully relocated from Munich to Genthin. Research, development, and administration will remain in Munich. <\/p>\n\n \u201cWe\u2019re sensing a lot of enthusiasm here about the opportunities our investments will bring,\u201d emphasizes Dr. Thomas Schnell. Production is projected to reach 25 million liters by 2025\u2014a figure that is expected to double over the next five years. <\/p>\n\n Prime Minister Haseloff emphasized the importance of the company in Genthin: \u201cThe revitalization of the site as a chemical park in collaboration with various partners is extremely positive. Companies and people in the region can look to the future with hope.\u201d<\/p>\n\n State legislators, the district administrator, the mayors of Genthin and Elbe-Parey, and representatives from neighboring companies also joined the visit. During a tour of the production facilities, the guests learned about raw material storage, bottling, logistics, and planned expansions, such as the construction of a new blending plant. <\/p>\n\n The site stands out for its modern infrastructure, central location, and short supply chains\u2014key factors for sustainable and cost-effective production.
