DEUTSCHEFACHPFLEGE (DF) has made the switch\u2014to DR.SCHNELL. In approximately 65 percent of its 380 assisted-living communities, the PFLEGE-VERBUND relies on industrial washing machines. When it comes to detergents and smart dosing technology, DF trusts DR.SCHNELL. In this interview, Tim Hellemann, Head of Facilities, discusses the smooth transition, the enormous benefits, and the feedback from employees. <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Question: How did you first hear about DR.SCHNELL, and what convinced you to become a customer?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Tim Hellemann: I <\/strong>come from the building cleaning industry and was already working with DR.SCHNELL products at the time. DEUTSCHEFACHPFLEGE used to use household washing machines, but about a year ago we decided to switch to industrial machines. While searching for the best equipment, the manufacturer Miele recommended DR.SCHNELL products to us. That settled it for us. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Question: Why did you want to make a change? What had you been missing up until then? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Tim Hellemann: <\/strong>There were several reasons for the <\/strong>switch. Our quality management team strongly recommended making the change\u2014primarily due to hygiene requirements. Thanks to industrial machines, an excellent detergent, and the right dosing system, we\u2019re able to prevent bacterial contamination and raise our quality standards. In addition, household machines can experience foaming issues and malfunctions\u2014primarily due to incorrect dosing. Skin reactions were also a reason for switching to DR.SCHNELL and the PRIMA system. <\/p>\n\n

Question: How did the transition to PRIMA products and DR.SCHNELL’s digital dosing technology go? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Tim Hellemann: Everything <\/strong>has been going very well and smoothly. There haven\u2019t been any complaints from employees in the past year\u2014and that\u2019s a very positive sign. The switch was an excellent decision. Thanks to the PRIMA system and the dosing technology, we don\u2019t have to worry about disinfection\u2014it happens automatically. <\/p>\n\n

Tim Hellemann: The <\/strong>service is perfect\u2014right from day one: The pumps are running, the dosing system is working, and both staff and residents are satisfied. The transition is going smoothly. Our staff received professional training and know what they\u2019re doing. And if a problem arises, the DR.SCHNELL service representatives usually know about it before we do\u2014and proactively reach out to us to resolve everything quickly and easily. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Tim Hellemann: We <\/strong>would like to\u2014and will\u2014equip all of our shared living communities with industrial machines and products from DR.SCHNELL. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n
