3.11 PLUGINS
Our website uses social links from the following social networks.
3.11.2 YOUTUBE
The company providing the service in the European Economic Area and Switzerland is Google Ireland Limited, a company registered and operating under Irish law (registration number: 368047) with its registered office at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (referred to as "YouTube," "we," "us," or "our"). References in these Terms of Service to YouTube's "affiliates" refer to the companies within the Alphabet Inc. group of companies as defined in Sections 15 et seq. of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG).
You will encounter video content from YouTube on this website. YouTube is a third-party provider that records your IP address when you view the respective video. This is necessary because otherwise the content cannot be sent to the user's browser. Your IP address is therefore required for the display of content and videos. DR.SCHNELL endeavors to use only content whose respective provider (YouTube) uses the user's IP address solely for the delivery of the content. However, DR.SCHNELL has no influence if YouTube stores the IP address for other purposes, such as statistical purposes, and uses it in any other way. If the reasons for other use are known, DR.SCHNELL will inform the users of the site.
If you are logged in to YouTube with your user account, YouTube may analyze your user behavior. You can prevent this by logging out of your private user account before using the video. For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of your data by YouTube, as well as your rights in this regard and privacy settings, please refer to YouTube's privacy policy.
3.11.3 Econda

In order to design and optimize this website in line with user needs, pseudonymized data is collected and stored using solutions and technologies from econda GmbH (Zimmerstraße 6, 76137 Karlsruhe, www.econda.de), and usage profiles are created from this data using pseudonyms. econda works on our behalf. The data will not be passed on to third parties or transferred to third countries.
By visiting the DR.SCHNELL website, I consent to the processing of my personal data as follows:
econda Analytics (pseudonymized): Collection of IP address (truncated), information about the device used, pages viewed during the visit for the purpose of measuring reach and analyzing and optimizing our website.
econda Analytics (personalized): Collection of IP address (truncated), information about the device used, pages viewed during the visit, customer master data, and data from the ordering process for the purpose of measuring reach and analyzing and optimizing our website.
Data processing purposes:
Analytics
Optimization
Without your opt-in, econda solutions operate in anonymous mode based on the current session. No personally identifiable data, such as IP addresses, customer numbers, or order numbers, is stored. No cookies are set. You will not be recognized during subsequent visits, and it is not possible to create a profile.
With your opt-in, cookies are used for the purpose described above, which enable the recognition of an Internet browser. However, usage profiles are not merged with data about the bearer of the pseudonym without the express consent of the visitor. In particular, IP addresses are made unrecognizable immediately upon receipt, which means that it is not possible to assign usage profiles to IP addresses. You can, of course, revoke your consent at any time.
Technologies used:
Cookie
Local storage
Anonymous tracking is used in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The company has a legitimate interest in measuring its reach in order to continuously optimize its online presence. Personalized tracking only takes place if you have given your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
The following data is collected:
Information about the device used
Information about pages viewed during the website visit
Information relating to the ordering process

The data is processed and stored only for the period necessary to achieve the respective processing purpose or for as long as a statutory retention period (in particular commercial and tax law) exists. Once the purpose has been achieved or the retention period has expired, the corresponding data is routinely deleted.

3.11.4 Google Analytics
On our service cockpit at https://servicecockpit.dr-schnell.com/ and our website at https://dr-schnell.com/verwenden, we use Google Tag Manager as a tag management system to track user behavior on our website.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). The "Google Analytics 4" operating mode is used. This makes it possible to assign data, sessions, and interactions across multiple devices to a pseudonymous user ID, thereby analyzing a user's activities across devices.
Google Analytics uses "cookies" that enable the website to analyze how users use the website. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, namely your consent. The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user IDs (e.g., user ID) or advertising IDs is automatically deleted after 14 months. Data that has reached its retention period is automatically deleted once a month.
Please note that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with future effect. The lawfulness of the processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected by this.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The user's IP address is immediately truncated during this process, so that it is no longer possible to identify the user via the IP address. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.
The legal basis for the transfer of personal data to the US is the European Commission's adequacy decision of July 10, 2023, available at: commission.europa.eu/document/fa09cbad-dd7d-4684-ae60-be03fcb0fddf_en. Based on the adequacy decision, personal data can be transferred securely from the EU to US companies participating in the EU-US Privacy Shield. Google Inc. has joined the EU-US Privacy Shield and has committed to a set of privacy principles listed in Annex 1 of the adequacy decision. The list of companies that have joined the program can be found at www.dataprivacyframework.gov/s/participant-search.

3.11.5 Google Tag Manager
On our service cockpit at https://servicecockpit.dr-schnell.com/ and our website at https://dr-schnell.com/, we use Google Tag Manager as a tag management system to track usage behavior on our website.
Google Tag Manager is a tag management system from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). It allows tags to be integrated centrally via a user interface. Tags are small pieces of code that can track activities. Script codes from other tools are integrated via Google Tag Manager. Tag Manager allows you to control when a specific tag is triggered.
Google Tag Manager uses "cookies" that store aggregated data about tag firing on the website. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, namely your consent. The data we send and link to cookies, user IDs (e.g., user ID) or advertising IDs is automatically deleted after 14 months.
The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.
