Service Packages for Washing Machines
Perform the System Check for washing machines. The System Check ensures that your machine operates in an energy-efficient and sustainable manner. With professional descaling using Perotex EK, you can optimize your wash results, reduce energy consumption and costs, and significantly extend the service life of your machine. DR.SCHNELL recommends descaling your machine at least once a year. We’re happy to assist you with troubleshooting.

Hygiene Check, including a bioindicator test – Rinse and wash germ-free!
Perform the bioindicator test for dishwashers and washing machines, including laboratory analysis and a test report. This will help you meet your mandatory annual disinfection requirements under DIN 10512. With our Hygiene Check, we’ll make sure your machine passes the test! We’re happy to assist you with troubleshooting, adjust your dosing settings, and perform a deep cleaning.
The test bacteria are securely contained to prevent contamination or recontamination. Contamination is prevented by the membrane. Checks can be performed by in-house staff during routine daily operations; no blank runs are necessary. No recontamination. Incorrect results due to improper handling are prevented.
An annual inspection is recommended.

Washing Machine
Package Contents:
- 10-well culture plate containing 5 x ATCC 6538 Staphylococcus aureus + 5 x ATCC 6057 Enterobacter. Faecium
- 1 strip containing 10 bioindicators (5 x ATCC 6538 Staphylococcus aureus + 5 x ATCC 6057 Enterococcus faecium), each with a bacterial density of 10⁷ in 5 compartments
- Strip size: approx. 20 x 8 cm
, transport control (one chamber each containing ATCC 6538 and ATCC 6057, with a bacterial count of 10⁷ in each) - Includes laboratory analysis (microbiological testing) and report

- 1 and 2 strips containing 4 and 8 bioindicators (4 x ATCC 6057 Enterococcus faecium) with graduated bacterial densities ranging from 10⁴ to 10⁷ in the individual chambers
- Includes laboratory analysis (microbiological testing) and report
- In accordance with DIN 10510, DIN 10511, DIN 10512, DIN 10522, and DIN EN 17735 for self-monitoring of disinfection performance in commercial dishwashing using multi-tank, conveyor, or single-tank dishwashers in accordance with DIN SPEC 10534:2012-08 Food Hygiene — Commercial Machine Dishwashing — Hygiene Requirements, as well as for early detection within the facility
Dosing Technology: MX-Center and Surfaces
The MX-Center Hygiene Check evaluates DR.SCHNELL’s dosing technology for contract cleaning. Not only does this check verify the functionality and correct dosing of the MX-Center, but you also receive documentation of the mandatory annual disinfection performance (mandatory every six months in high-risk areas) for submission.
