Question: How did you originally hear about DR.SCHNELL and what convinced you to become a customer?
Tim Hellemann: I come from the building cleaning sector and was already working with DR.SCHNELL products at the time. DEUTSCHEFACHPFLEGE used to use domestic washing machines, but about a year ago we decided to switch to industrial machines. While searching for the optimal equipment, the manufacturer Miele recommended DR.SCHNELL products. That settled it for us. Question: Why did you want to make the switch? What were you missing before? Question: How did the switch to DR.SCHNELL's PRIMA products and digital dosing technology go?
Tim Hellemann: Everything went and is going very well and smoothly. There have been no complaints from employees for a year now – and that is a very positive sign.
